The Classical Core

Here is a core list of my favorite classical composers. Since I am interested in so many artists in so many areas, I do not spend enough time listening to classical music to be considered truly knowledgeable. But, I know what I like, and here it is. There is a Midi file for each composer containing some peice that I like. I have put together a rough time-line of when each composer lived to help you understand the evolution of the music.

The Classical Music Collection- This is a very extensive database of classical music Midi files. It is great.
