land use, buildings, socio-economic characteristics, real estate values, traffic & transportation,
an current policies and plans of the city of Detroit.
- Phase 2: Analyzed, programmed, and conceptualized design of the entire Detroit's CBD.
- Phase 3: Generated urban design options and plans for Detroit's CBD in the form of drawings, a brief report, and a scale model.
