<08/18/99> Well I've finally gotten around to update this page even though i'm no longer in the clan, but that should change soon:)
Clan Council: There has been much talk about forming a clan council. Ryoga has appointed Angelica as it's leader, as for the other five members that will be decided as follows.
1st of you have to be a member of Lgcy.
2nd you have to be nominated by a fellow clannie.
3rd you can only nominate 1 person.
4th each nominee needs 4 votes to get elected.
5th each member only gets 1 vote.
6th first 4 people to get 4 votes gets put on the council.
If you wish to nominate someone ask them first if they are willing then e-mail the nomination to ryoga at Ryoga
all nominations must be in by spetember 12, after that we will have the vote
