Pumpkin Bread
Dry ingredients
3/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 3/4
c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients
1 egg, 1/2 c. canned pumpkin, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 4 tsp. water,
1/4 c. nuts or raisens (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease two mini loaf pans
Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix
Bake about 20 min.
Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb melted oleo (margerine), 2.5 lb conf. sugar, 2 lbs peanut butter
Directions:
Mix together. Make balls set overnight in Refrigerator (toothpicks)
Melt 12-16 oz bag of chocolate chips. Get ready 1/2 to 3/4 slice of
parafin wax
Dip ball. Set on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
Keep in cool dry place. Can be frozen.
