Where do I begin? My hubby is not a fan of HL, so I rarely mention anything HL related to him. I'm so glad I have the forum!!!
We went to Kinko's to make some copies. As we were parking, a car was pulling out. An RR look alike was driving!!! I grabbed my husband's arm and yelled, "Richie's alive, he's alive!!!! He's just hiding from Duncan!" My husband, shook his head and said, "You are pathetic." (not the first time he's said it)
Anyway, on leaving the parking lot, I saw a license plate, CAH4. You got it, that's what I thought too. Comes A Horseman 4. I said, "Oh, boy!"
My hubby said, "What?" I said, "Never mind." He said, "Tell me." So I did.
Again, he shook his head at me.
Ok, next we go to Target. We go our separate ways, when suddenly I hear a familiar song. It was the song DM played on the piano in the ep Shadows.
TWO DAYS LATER:
There is a knock on my door. A man and a woman are standing there selling perfume. I buy a bottle for hubby. As they are about to leave Iask their names. Her name is Gina. His? Brandan DUNCAN!!
I swoon and say, "Duncan!" Well, my kids are used to this and say, "Oh, mom!". Mr. Duncan (he's actually quite young) says, "What. What".
I say, "oh, it's just my favorite show, Highlander, the character's name is Duncan." He nods his head, puts hands on hips, puffs out his chest and says, "I am Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod." It's his favortie show too!!!!!!!!!
