Parents:Charlene "Charley" Davidson and Vincent "Vinnie" Van Wham
Was created in a DNA experiement by Dr. Karbunkle. Zoey's parents, Charley and Vinnie, had no knowledge of her untill March of 1998, when a woman named Dr. Karen Dean came to them. Zoey was created in atempt to create a living weapon, that no one would supect. Though Limbruger and Dr. Karbunkle were pleased with the creation of Zoey, no other prototypes were able to be created. Zoey was orginally known as prototype-01, and as pt-01 tatood on her right hand. She is gifted with empathic and telekinic ablities, and is expectionlly smart for her age. She finds it hard to trust people and was abused throughout her childhood. The only love she recevied was through Karen, who gave Zoey as much information as possible about her parents. Karen also gave Zoey a sliver locket with a picture of her parents. Fred 'the mutant' was her only other 'friend' while captive by Limbruger. He gave her the teddy bear she carries every where with her for Christmas in 1996. It was the first and only Christmas present she ever got while a 'ward' of Limburger's.
