The Orions are noted in the galaxy as the trading species. Early in their history, the Orions just excelled at trading and took that excellence with them to the stars.
They are normally neutral in all wars and provide both sides of a war with supplies. Orion mercenaries are known to be the best soldiers in the galaxy.
The Orion race is humanoid in shape, with blueish green skin that is photosensitive. They have large ears and eyes and no hair and number roughly around 15 billion.
The Orion's control over 25 planets in their trade guild. Most are inhabited by Orionians....but a few are inhabited by Humans, Hisari, Ukili, and Tucanans. The Orion Trade Guild is notorious for trading human females with other species. This underground trade has caused some serious conflicts with the United Colonies.
