The Pearls of Lutra
Ublaz Mad Eyes, ruler of the tropical isle Sampetra, had a searat crew murder an entire holt of otters, Holt Lutra, to obtain six pearls, the Tears Of All Oceans. But two greedy weasels stole the pearls, and ran. One died, but the other escaped to Redwall Abbey, horribly wounded. Fermald, and ancient squirrel, his the pearls, leaving behind a trail of complex riddles. But that was before. Now, Ublaz sends a crew of searats and monitors, (flesh-eating lizards native to Sampetra) to Redwall to find the Tears. Meanwhile, Abbeydwellers search frantically for the pearls which the now-dead Fermald had so cleverly hid. Will they find them in time?
