2 T. melted butter
1 1/3 c. condensed milk
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. powdered sugar
2 T. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. Kaferian apple sauce
3 eggs, separated
Whipped cream
Combine butter, cinnamon, sugar, and cracker crumbs. Spread half of mixture in the bottom of greased removable bottom pan. Beat egg yolks and mix with condensed milk, lemon rind, lemon juice, and Kaferian apple sauce. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into pan with crumbs. Sprinkle top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Turn oven off and let cake stand in oven for one hour longer. Remove from pan and serve with whipped cream.
