As the Second Robotech War is beginning to near a close, some of the Robotech Masters' ships have began to break off and directly assault Earth.
A recent treaty has been made between The Army of the Southern Cross and the EBSIS. Therefore, The Southern Cross thought it necessary to help defend the EBSIS during a recent attack.
"Two of the Masters' ships were launched to attack the EBSIS," Supreme Commander Leonard begins. "Most of the Battloids and other non-spaceworthy mecha are to be dispatched immediately. The rally point will be over Siberian Russia; coordinates can be found in the transports. You leave in twenty minutes. Good luck."
Your troop carrier awaits you and you load up the ramp. The pilots say ETA is one hour.
The first wave of the Masters' mecha comes in. It consists of three green Bioroids on hovercraft. You are told to launch and intercept.
E.B.S.I.S. mecha aren't much help and are soon killed. Soon, after the first, a second wave comes in. This is composed of five blue Bioroids.
[After second wave is defeated]
The enemy is continuing their assault and it looks hopeless. A wide-band communique comes in from Commander Leonard and tells all troops to flee the area at once. Everyone begins running as we see three jets with two large canisters on each of their undercarriages. Most are out of range when the nukes are dropped on the ships but some still on the ground are vaporized. We are told to return to base.
[Weeks later]
Air raid sirens blair as we look up and see swarms of E.B.S.I.S. mecha raining in upon the Southern Cross outpost. It seems Russia didn't take too well to the six nukes dropped of the mother-land.
