Name: Lisa Hayes (Later named Lisa Hayes-Hunter)

Age: 23 at beginning of Macross series, 45 at end of Sentinels.

Brief History: In her teens, Lisa was in love with a peaceful man named Karl Riber. Eventually, Karl left Earth to serve on Mars Base Sara, and Lisa became First Officer of the SDF-1 hoping that the SDF-1 would someday visit the base.

Unfortuneately, the Zentraedi, on their way to Earth, destroyed Mars Base Sara and everybody in it. Lisa discovers this when the SDF-1 engages Khyron in the Battle of Mars. Soon, Lisa begins to fall in love with Rick Hunter and they get married at the beginning of Sentinels.
