This is the form you fill out to add a memorial
onto these pages. Feel free to make as many as you like. Right now
ALL areas are completed and open. Choose from Burial Pillars,
The Cavern, Twilight Forrest and now the Flame spires.
As space and time allows I will be adding other
areas in this realm. If after I add an area you want to move your character
to another site, just Email me and I will be happy to do so.
All that you need to do to add a to the
burial grounds is to fill out the following form and email me the pic of
the that you want displayed. When you email me your pic, be sure
to place the name of the as the subject header of the email so that
I know which pic corresponds to which form data. If you like, you
can send the pic then tag on the extra text data all in one email and thus
bypass the use of this form. If you do so, just make sure that you read
over the form so that you include all the data which I need. If you do
not know of any pic or have any pic in mind...dont fret, I read all entries,
and using what youve written, I will scour the net and find a Pic which
best matches your character...then I will email you to see if you agree,
if you dont, then I will find another pic.

Species (Dragon VS Sidhe Vs Minotaur Vs Dwarf etc...)
Area for memorial to be placed
Info on character (Clan/Tribe, Achievements, how he/she died, those
left behind, etc,etc)
Any Additional requests ..I'll do what I can.
Once the the form is complete just email me (fpe@po.cwru.edu) the pic
you want placed.
It should only take me a day or two to configure and add the pic/html.
