These
two short swords are each of fine drow craftmanship.
They have adamantine blades and hilts,
each with a black sapphire
set in the crosspiece.
Droc'uh
and Sargtlin were created by a drow mage/thief,
Jaz'tyr Aloroch, to better his already
cosiderable abilities as an
assasin. It is by pure luck that the
radiation magic
that makes them +5 was strong enough
to be made permanent,
adding to Jaz'tyr's glee. He used them
for a century,
before he lost them to another assasin
from the surface world, the Stiletto.
She now has possession of Droc'uh and
Sargtlin, and is using
them also to augment here assasin abilities
as a ninja.
They
each function as a short sword +5,
and gain no extra powers if separated.
If paired, they provide no
penalties for fighting with two-weapon
style.
They attack as if a fighter of equal
level were wielding them. They also provide a 75% magic resistance. The
magic afforded by
the radiation of the Underdark has been
made permanent,
so the weapons do not degenerate in
sunlight.
