The weapon forged by a man known as 
Vance.  His last name is unknown.  He
is that of a weapons forger, purely and
simply.  His death allowed Vipers Wrath
to go incomplete and allowing Vlade to
find it in the old mans workshop.  This
man lived in the same town ad Vance, as
well.  The sickle was incomplete and 
allowed possible faults in it which are
unknown for now.  No reason is known
why the blade was forged, although.

Previously owned by Vance, the forger.  Due to natural causes
he past away, allowing Vlade to aquire
the Vipers Wrath

Abilities
Vipers Wrath has a few useful properties.  It's Vorpal 
presence, it has imbued poison within of Hemlock in its blade.  It 
allows the wielder immunities to basicly every known venom
and poison, as well as it has the spirit or essence of a
Semi-Deity within it.  Allowing it reaction on its own,
sentience and so on.  The presence within the weapon is 
known as Vyklonius the Torturer.  The tendancies of the 
spirit are unknown for now...
 
Vipers Wrath is of normal metal.  But, enchanted it is.  It
allows any weapon that strikes it while Vipers Wrath is in
a defencive block to cause the attacking weapon to deflect
a fair amount harder than naturally.  As well as allowing
the wielder with immunities to all known venoms, and poisons.
