The weapons have lain in House Jor'akrin since they were forged. Whenever an important assassination is called for, the weapons are used. After one assassination, the assassin attempted to keep the weapons for himself. House Jor'akrin brought its full fury down upon the unfortunate assassin. No one has ever tried to steal it after that.

Abilities
The boots grant the user invisibility and cloaks the user in silence. He cannot make any sounds while wearing them. Anything that comes in contact with him also cannot make any sounds. (ie. screaming, banging..)
The cloak grants the user the ability to phase directly in front or behind anything within his line of sight. For example, his path is blocked by a fifty foot wide chasm. If he can see the other side, he can phase to it.
 
The items are phsychically connected to the matron mother of house Jor'akrin. The matron mother will always know where they are and if an assassination has been pulled off succesfully.
