Nocticula is a Demon Drow Goddess. She is the Mistress of Pleasure through the Giving and recieving of Pain.  Her symbol is a barbed whip. No specific holidays but the night of the full moon is concidered sacred, Lolth is her main rival.  She has the belief that the Drow are destined to one again take the surface world and is activly attempting to reunite her Drow followers with any evil Surface elves
