wepon is supposed to be a blessing to
the minotaurs of the world but has yet to
 prove its great use.
 

This axe can sever a random limb with a attack roll of 17-18 or decapitate
with a roll of 19-20. 
The wepon when it strikes
normally will cause wounds
that heal at a slower rate (2 times slower).
