Camarilla Club in Kosice

This Crusade was the first tournament in Kosice without foreign players. Simply after EC nobody wanted to travel so far ... We were only 13 and it was a constructed deck tournament, because of lack of Sabbat War cards. The title Archbishop belonged to Miki Dug from last year. And this year he was able to defend his position! His favourite Tzimisces intercepted and killed everyone ...

First round.

1. table: Jano - Brano - Tomi O. - Matus
Nothing special - just bleed. Tomi's Lasombras ousted Matus, but then it was just Brano's Didi's turn ...

2. table: Jaro - Miki - Mato V. - Dusan

Nice game. Dusa with his weenie politics started hard, but he was unable to finish me. And even his predator - Mato and his bleeders didn't do much. My Nosferatus were very good, I had plenty nice masters, many minions, but I just had to defend myself. So Miki had a good position and he cleared the table.

3. table: Zsolo - Tomi V. - Mato R. - Pali - Vlado

Very long game, it finishes when time ellapsed. Zsolo was in bad position and he could only defence himself. Players made many mistakes and thus nobody got the victory. Nice combo was played when Emerson (Pali's) caught Mato's Sheldon with 2nd Tradition, he prevented Sheldon's damage and then burned him with Disarm + Amaranth.

Second round.

1. table: Mato V. - Zsolo - Jano - Tomi V.
Interesting situation - Jano and Tomi contested Greta Kirshner. Another paradox - Zsolo's Tzimisce deck was without Tzimisce (he only brought small dom vampires into play). So he was easy prey to Mato's !Malks. Then big stealth vs. intercept fight occured between Varga brothers - Tomi had more luck.

2. table: Vlado - Dusan - Pali - Brano

Again Dusan weenie politics bothered the table until Ventrue princes didn't equip with Sport Bike and Sengir Dagger. Then Pali's Ventrues healed their master with two Parity Shifts, but even this did not stop Brano's mad Malkavians from clearing the table ...

3. table: Mato R. - Jaro - Matus - Miki - Tomi O.

Very long game which finished after 2 hours. My !Nosferatus quickly finished Matus and I had a horde of them, but ... then my cards said enough and did not come in right order. So Miki was able to defend himself and even bled Tomi to death. It was also my fault because I forgot to help him and took his vampire from torpor.

Third round.

1.table: Tomi O. - Pali - Tomi V. - Jaro
Tomi O. cleared the table in quick time. His Lasombras ousted Pali first. As a good-bye Pali "helped" Tomi V. with Hostile Takeover, so Tomi O. had easy way through him. And I was just a cookie.

2. table: Miki - Matus - Vlado - Mato R.

This was Matus's table. He effectively used Waste Management Operation + Al' Army Apparattus combo. He had no problem with Vlado, because he tried to attack Mato's Nosferatus too much and he was quickly beaten. Miki was unlucky this time because he lost Meshenka fter some Bum's Rush (+ Magnum .44).

3. table: Dusan - Jano - Zsolo - Mato V. - Brano

Very nice game. Dusan again had no luck. On one side Brano and his powerfull bleeder, on the another Kite (with +1 intercept) - he quickly lost his breath. Then, Jano nearly ousted Zsolo, but before he could do it, Brano got him. So Zsolo had time to regain power, he ousted Mato and he started to block and kill Brano's Malkavians.

Final round: Zsolo - Brano - Tomi V. - Miki - Tomi O.

Interesting situation - Brano and Tomi V. both had small vampires. And Miki also took three low capacity vamps at the beggining, but later he influenced older Tzimisce. Only Tomi O. and Zsolo had "big pigs". Zsolo had really nice Sasha Vykos - he had Eternal Vigilance card, Ravenant, Femur of Toomler and Mr. Winthrop!
The game was long and stable. But later, Tomi O. lost his luck and he had full had of political cards, but no stealths, so Miki's War Ghoul killed all his vampires and then Tzimisces ousted him from game. Then Miki came to weakened Zsolo and slowly killed him, too. On the other side of table Brano had a lot of problems, because he only got one dom vampire, so he was not very effective. Finally he managed to oust Tomi, but he lost the battle against Miki.

Again, Mikulas Dug is Archbishop of Kosice!
