Rules For Submitting your page into the Virtual Insanity WebRing:

  1. Your site must generally have graphics or images you have personally drawn and have scanned into your computer, OR just any images you've found ont the Net that are cool, or any other images you've scanned in and feel should belong on a Virtually INSANE page! Pretty much any site can get in, as long as your images have something to do with Anime, Manga, Sci-fi, Fantasy, Surreal pictures, just really COOL pics, bizarre images! I don't expect all of you to be Van Goghs or anything! But I will NOT tolerate PORNOGRAPHY! If I find this on your page, or a link to a pornographic site, you will immediately removed from the Ring and not allowed to re-enter.

  2. Sites should have good content, be easy to read, and feel free to include some info about yourself!

  3. Links and Graphics are working as well as content.

  4. Site must be a G rating.

  5. You MUST have the HTML Fragment you can copy the code after you sign up, and paste it into the code of your homepage! Near the bottom of your page is best. It DOES NOT have to be on your main page, but on a WebRings page with a visible link on your main page.
