Cardassian Fighter


The Cardassian Fighter, which can be seen in such DS9 episodes as "Call to Arms" and "Sacrifice of Angels" is a sleek warship of miniature proportions. Observed at traveling as high as warp 9.5, the Cardassian fighter has an avergae crew accomodation of about 30 Cardassians. As it proved during the Taking and Retaking of Deep Space Nine, this little ship can pack a punch It is equipped with four or more spiral wave disrupters, one disrupter wave cannon, and other weapons that have not yet been identified by Starfleet Intelligence. You could almost say that this vessel is the Cardassian's Defiant, although this class of starship is slightly smaller and less powerful than the Federation Defiant - Class vessels.
