"Penumbra"
The runabout U.S.S. Gander is destroyed by two Jem' Hadar vessels.
Worf and Ezri are captured by the Breen, who plan on joining the Dominion.
Sisko plans to marry Kasidy Yates, but the Prophets warn him not to do so.
All of the Vorta doctors are killed, and their clones are activated.
"'Til Death do us Part"
Disguised as a Bajoran, Gul Dukat boards Deep Space Nine.
The Breen officially ally themselves with the Dominion.
Sisko defies the Prophets and marries Kasidy Yates.
Worf and Ezri are handed over to the Dominion by the Breen.
Kai Winn is convinced that it is up to her to restore Bajor.
"Strange Bedfellows"
Kai Winn joins forces with Dukat to help the Pah Wraiths retake the wormhole.
Damar helps Worf and Ezri escape, and he tells them that he is now their ally.
Weyoun is killed by Commander Worf, and another Weyoun clone takes his place.
"The Changing Face of Evil"
The Breen launch an attack on Earth, and they manage to destroy part of Starfleet Headquarters.
The U.S.S. Defiant is destroyed by a Breen energy weapon in the Chin'toka system.
Kai Winn discovers that her guide is actually Gul Dukat, and she tries to find out more about the Pah Wraiths.
Damar destroys a Dominion cloning facility, and he urges all Cardassians to resist the Dominion.
"When It Rains..."
Bashir and O'Brien discover that Section 31 is responsible for the disease that is killing the Founders.
Kira, Odo, and Garak travel into Dominion space to help Damar defeat the Dominion.
Odo becomes infected with the disease created by Section 31, and Bashir frantically tries to find a cure.
The Pah Wraiths take away Dukat's sight when he tries to learn how to free them without Kai Winn's help.
Against Martok's wishes, Gowron takes command of the Klingon fleet and begins to plan a final assault.
"Tacking Into the Wind"
Worf kills Gowron in battle, and General Martok is appointed leader of the Klingon Empire.
Doctor Bashir and Chief O'Brien make plans to draw a Section 31 operative to DS9.
Gul Rosot is killed by Damar after tensions rise and he tries to kill Kira.
The Dominion has Damar's family executed, and the Founder begins to lose faith in Weyoun.
Damar, Kira, Garak, and Odo successfully capture a Dominion vessel equipped with Breen weapons.
Odo's condition becomes much worse when the disease he is infected with accelerates.
"Extreme Measures"
Bashir and O'Brien capture Sloan, a member of Section 31, when he secretly boards the station.
Captain Sisko learns that Section 31 was responsible for the disease killing the Founders.
O'Brien and Bashir get a cure for Odo, after successfully entering Sloan's mind to get it.
"The Dogs of War"
A new Defiant - Class starship arrives at DS9 to replace the one destroyed by the Breen.
Damar, Garak, and Kira go into hiding on Cardassia after the Resistance is wiped out.
Rom becomes the new Grand Nagus of Ferenginar when Zek decides to retire.
Kira, Damar, and Garak successfully destroy a Jem' Hadar building, proving that the Resistance is still alive.
The Klingons, Romulans, and Federation all agree that they must launch a final assault against Cardassia.
"What You Leave Behind"
Chief Miles O'Brien accepts a job as an engineering teacher at Starfleet Academy on Earth.
Worf becomes the Federation ambassador to Kronos, the Klingon homeworld.
Damar and Mila are killed by the Dominion, and the last Weyoun clone is killed by Garak.
The Federation Alliance wins the war, but hundreds of millions of lives are lost in the process.
Kai Winn is killed by the Pah Wraiths, and Sisko dies while trying to keep them from destroying the Quadrant.
Odo becomes the leader of the Great Link, and the Female Changeling stands trial for her crimes.
Sisko is saved from death by the Prophets, who tell him he has to stay in the Celestial Temple.
