Lieutenant Commander Tuvok
Lt. Commander Tuvok is the chief of security aboard the starship Voyager. He is married and has children. When Voyager found a vast array that allowed them to contact home, his wife sent him a letter telling him that his son had gotten married and had a child. Tuvok was assigned to infiltrate the Maquis in 2371. The ship he was on was violently thrown into the Delta Quadrant by a being known as the Caretaker. The USS Voyager, under the command of Captain Kathryn Janeway, was sent to the Badlands to investigate the disappearance of the vessel. While Voyager was in the Badlands they to were violently thrown into the Delta Quadrant. After the Voyager crew found the Maquis crew, Tuvok came back aboard Voyager and Chakotay, the Maquis Captain, found out he was a traitor. When the Maquis ship was destroyed by the Kazon Ogla, the Maquis crew joined the Starfleet crew. When the array was destroyed they set a course for a seventy year journey for home. Shortly after the two crews were merged Tuvok created a holographic program called insurrection alpha. The program depicted a Maquis mutiny. When the treat of a mutiny lessened, Tuvok deleted the program. Or at least he thought he deleted it. Seska, a Cardassian traitor aboard Voyager, sabotaged the program about a month before she joined forces with the Kazon Nistrim. Three years later Torres found the program. Many crew members ran the program. When Paris found out that there was no ending, him and Tuvok joined forces to create one. When they started to edit the program, a holographic version of Seska took over the holodeck. She locked them in the holodeck with the safeties off. She injured Paris and Tuvok helped him escape. Later, with the help of the Captain, Tuvok and Paris managed to escape from the holodeck, killing the holographic Seska.Harry Kim once came to Tuvok for advice. He had fallen in love with a hologram in Neelix’s resort program. While Tuvok was helping Kim he and the hologram became close friends. Tuvok later discovered that the hologram was being controlled by an alien in a nearby nebula. Using the Doctor’s holoemitter, the hologram took over Voyager. Tuvok beamed to the station inside the nebula that the alien woman was on. Tuvok convinced her to let Voyager go. He told her that she should go back to her people and find someone else to do her job. Tuvok and Neelix were once stranded on an elevator like device on an alien planet. Tuvok would not trust Neelix and he kept insulting him. When the elevator was sabotaged, Neelix saved Tuvok’s life. Tuvok and Neelix then became friends. Sometime in 2374, Tuvok reluctantly let Neelix be a temporary security officer, when Species 8472 and the Hirogen were loose aboard the ship. In 2371 Neelix and Tuvok were involved in a transporter accident that merged them. The new being called himself Tuvix. Tuvix knew everything that Tuvok knew and everything that Neelix knew. After two weeks, Janeway had no choice ,but to restore Tuvok and Neelix to their former selves. Tuvok once dressed down Janeway in front of three Starfleet admirals for not following protocol. Janeway’s ego was bruised a little, but she got over it. Tuvok was demoted in 2371 for trying to integrate Sikarian technology into Voyager’s systems, against Janeway’s wishes. Three years later he was promoted back to Lieutenant Commander. Tuvok was instrumental in uncovering a spy who was secretly contacting the Kazon, in 2372. Tuvok also helped to unmask Seska as a Cardassian traitor.
