The Vodwaar

The Vodwaar used to be one of the most powerful alien species in the Delta Quadrant. About 900 years ago, their homeworld was destroyed when several angry alien races attacked it. A small group of Vodwaar managed to survive in stasis. The crew of the U.S.S. Voyager released them from stasis in 2376, not aware theat the Vodwaar still had many enemies. The Vodwaar attempted to destroy Voyager with the ships they had, but they failed. As Voyager warped away from the Vodwaar homeworld, the remaining Vodwaar were battling the Turei. However, several Vadwaar ships escaped through subspace corridors.
