Launch Bay Access: Step Down

Sorry about the language folks, but the Chief is in the middle of a retrieval
operation and those can get a bit hairy down here! I'm Seaman Jennings,
and it looks like I'm going to be your guide for however long Chief Scruggins is
busy. In case your wondering exactly what it is we do down here in the Primary Launch Bay, our job is to deploy and retrieve recon submersibles, Underwater Heavy Weapons Platforms, and the heavy lift transport and interceptor "flying" subs XCOM uses for military operations. In fact, we're bringing in a Coelecanthe SWS right now which is why the Chief was so prickly, equalizing pressure and getting the big Artificially Intelligent platforms into just the right position isn't easy and it can be downright dangerous if extraneous personnel are around the docking bays, begging your pardon of course.
Feel free to look around as this area is un-restricted and if you're in transit to another base and need to check a departure time, just access the Launch Bay database display panel to your right and click on the appropriate link.
