COMBASE:NOVA Base Operations Bulletin:

Your guide to the base

Long term project list.

They finally figure out I haven't updated, amazing since I have made no significant changes to this site in 4 years. Good for them. Being moderately sadistic, I've decided to put this up as a placeholder to keep my site from going down. I'll probably have to host something else in this area also. But we'll see. This site may also move.

Well, in case it isn't obvious, I've placed this page on indefinite lockdown, which means it'll stay up but no updates are planned. Frankly, the base has become O.B.E. (overtaken by events) and with Byron's XCOMMAND out there, who needs yet another XCOM page? See you on the other side.

Well, must say I'm very happy now that I've checked the guest book, three whole entry's believe it or not? Other than that, I've still been preoccupied with other projects and schoolwork much to my chagrin and finding the text-file I had my XCOM universe history in has proven very difficult, I may have to re-construct it from scratch unfortunately.

Welcome to 2000. Surprisingly enough, this page is still around and I truly wish I had time to update regularly. I do plan on adding the ethereal empire presentation in short order, however, anyone who still visits here is undoubtably familiar with my less than spectacular update history.

Had thought to have an update for D-block in the near future but have honestly been busy with the page work for MAUL, several other projects have kept me away from XCOM also. On the other hand, we have now passed 5000 hits which represents a significant milestone for a not particularly ambitious site such as mine and I thank everyone for their continued patronage. Also, a new presentation may be up and ready for the Briefing room dealing with my postulated history of the Ethereal empire if I have the time.

Cleaned out the news archive because of file size, no updates to report as of yet.

I honestly didn't mean to let a month pass without an update but things are still relatively busy and I'm in the process of bringing a completely new web page on line for a certain net organization, thus haven't played much with this site. I am currently training on an entirely new graphical design package of incredible capability and I'm thinking of doing some art for this page using that package assuming I can make it web compatible. Other than that, D block should see another update soon and I'm planning on adding my conceptual history of the whole XCOM story etc. which of course differs tremendously from Dave Ellis's version, anyhow, stay tuned.
