The cowardly genious known as Arcade is a killer for hire. Using his unique 'Murder Worlds', immense mazes or rooms designed to kill its inhabitants, to trap and, in theory, kill his employer's enemies, he watches from behind the scenes. Though he has captured the X-Men often, they have always managed to defeat the tests sent against them. Yet whenever they escape, they often find only a robotic semblance of the short redheaded Arcade to be the only Arcade anywhere in the area. Cowardice and precautions keep him halfway across the globe more often than not. He usually works in combination with other villians such as Black Tom Cassidy and the Juggernaut, or Mojo.
