X-Men #78 - "Stormfront Pt. 2"

The Shadow King brings chaos and insanity to the world with the psi-power he got from Psylocke. While the tortured Psylocke in a "body mix up", the Shadow King tells her about how he came back (like all good villains): "You may recall my humiliating defeat on Muir Island. I was assumes dead... But as long as one dark thought festers in the heart of man, the Shadow King can survive. I went into manner of hibernation. Hiding from you cursed mentor, Xavier, in wretched host bodies as my strength returned... Until finally - the breakdown. Onslaught. The dissolution of Xavier's mind and power left the Psionic Plane without its preement guardian. Only he could have sensed my subtile machinations, once gone, I could make my move. I discovered the African Dirt Witch, Ainet, from a stray thought I cleaned from Storm when last we met. Picking her brain, I created the guise of Anasi, a legend she'd know since childhood and used it to strike fear into her as subjugated her people." Then, Psylocke's body breaks like it was glass.

In the mean time, at the "World of the mind", where Marrow, Maggot and Cecilya Reyes are, Marrow's bones burst out from her flesh. The Shadow King shows up, and wants to make a deal with them- If they'll join him, he'll give Reyes her old life back , Maggot will control his slugs and be a "Real Hero", and Marrow will be beautiful and could walk with Upworlders. Meanwhile, Psylocke comes back from the "dead" as a shadow, with the help of the Crimson Dawn. She meets Ainet, Ororo/Storm's stepmother and releases her from the Shadow King's control. They help Storm escape from the "World of the mind", where the Shadow King put her surrounded with her mutants friends' bones. The Shadow King tries to convince Marrow, Maggot and Reyes to join him, but Psylocke tells him to back off while Storm and Ainet come to the rescue. The Shadow King offers Psylocke to be his Dark Queen and refuses. Storm frees Maggot, Marrow and Reyes from The Shadow King's control. Marrow for some reason ran to a place that looks like a mining area, where she saves CannonBall from his "Dead but because of The Shadow King is alive" father. Psylocke faces the Shadow King and traps him in the Psi-Plane, but everything has a cost- She lost her Psi-Powers.
