Just as Flamethrower attacked the United States, Godzilla awoke. He felt the presence of an evil monster, and went to New York. There he met with Flamethrower, a monster made of fire. Godzilla quickly dove underwater, but Flamethrower didn't, because he knew that he would die. When Godzilla came out of the water, Flamethrower fled. Godzilla dried off, and Flamethrower came back. Since fire can't hurt Godzilla, Flamethrower's powers of emitting and throwing fire were useless. Godzilla's atomic breath was also useless against his foe, because Flamethrower just absorbed it. Just as Godzilla roared, Flamethrower went into his mouth! Flamethrower went soaring through Godzilla. Since Godzilla was underwater for a little while, even though he had dried off, inside of him there was still some water that he had swallowed. Flamethrower accidentally touched some of the water, and melted. His powers went into Godzilla, and he knew of his new powers. His spines on his back could absorb light, laser, electricity, or any other type of energy. Since the sun produced light, Godzilla was constantly absorbing energy. Also, Godzilla not only had his atomic breath, but he also had fire breath, and a mixture of both. With these new powers, Godzilla was unstoppable!
