He has had plastic surgery to age himself 15 years and has gone through hell to make sure he won't be recognized by Superboy. When Superboy attends the unveiling of the military's new Superboy gun, Luthor takes control of the machine and attacks Superboy with it. Superboy is only stunned, but Luthor vows to try again. Luthor kills his college friend Leo (Michael Manno), and assumes the identity of the Superboy gun's inventor, Warren Eckworth. Now using Eckworth's face and voice, Luthor kills the real Eckworth and orders the Superboy gun's power jacked up 50%. Lex lures Lana in on the promise of an interview. When alone with her, he reveals his true identity and forces Lana to marry him in a ceremony at an abandoned prison. Superboy arrives at the prison and is attacked by the more powerful Superboy gun. It buries him under tons of rubble and he is taken to the hospital. There it is said that he will never walk again.

Meanwhile, Lex searches for a new assistant and at a bar he finds Darla and hires her. Darla, disguised as a nurse, delivers a videotape of Lana and Luthor to Superboy. While watching the tape he notices Lana is blinking her eyes in morse code, telling her whereabouts. Superboy arrives at Lex's new pad and is attacked by a mini-Superboy gun. He uses his regained powers and walking ability to capture Lex and save Lana. Lex is sentenced to death, and when he is put in the electric chair, he isn't killed, but he survives and escapes prison with Darla to plague Superboy again.
Metallo- Roger Corben (Michael Callan) is waiting patiently outside of a bank one day preparing to rob it. But when the time comes, Superboy arrives to stop him just before Corben has a heart attack. Corben wakes up in the hospital and murders the doctor. He escapes and drives away. On the road he has another heart attack, hits a tree, and nearly dies when his car explodes. He awakens in a laboratory. A crazy scientist has constructed a robot body for him and this body is powered by none other than the element kryptonite. Corben, now calling himself Metallo, kills the scientist and goes after Superboy since he blames Superboy for everything that happened. After going on a crime spree, Superboy chalenges Metallo. They meet at a scrap yard and Superboy arrives covered in lead armor. Metallo and Superboy fight and Metallo knocks off the lead armor. He then unleashes the deadly kryptonite rays on Superboy. But Superboy still has his lead glove and grabs the kryptonite sealing it away and leaving Metallo without a power source.
Young Dracula- A rebellious young vampire (Kevin Bernhardt) escapes his father and becomes a doctor in a Capitol City hospital. His father sends an older more powerful vampire (Lloyd Bochner) to bring him back, and Superboy and Lana are trapped in the middle of the battle. Superboy and Lana return with Byron Shelley, the young vampire, to his home where he reveals to them all his secrets including how he supresses his craving for blood. The old vampire soon returns, and bites Byron. Superboy attacks the old vampire and carries him into space where the light of the sun destroys him. Byron leaves Capitol City knowing that his father will continue to send vampires after him until he returns to his father's ways.
Nightmare Island- Andy, Clark, and Lana go boating in a tiny delapidated motorboat which breaks down and strands them on a deserted island. Clark switches to Superboy and tells Andy and Lana that he got a coast guard report about a distress signal that "Clark" supposedly sent out. Superboy prepares to take Lana back to the shore and is hit by a ray which saps all his power leaving he, Lana, and Andy truly stranded. While Lana is is out taking a swim alone she is abducted by a strange little man. (Phil Fondacaro) Meanwhile, Superboy and Andy are looking for something to build a shelter out of and are trapped in a cage. They escape, but not without Superboy nearly being killed by a boa constrictor. The little man reveals to Lana that he is an alien who has been stranded on earth for 200 years. His mate died and he wants Lana for his new mate. He hopes to use Superboy's stolen power to power his ship and leave the planet with Lana. Superboy and Andy find the entrance to his ship. The alien attacks Superboy and the two fight. Andy frees Lana while Superboy traps the alien in the same cage Lana was in. The alien returns the power to Superboy and Superboy agrees to help the alien get home. As soon as Superboy has sent the ship on its way, the coast guard arrives, and Superboy, back in his Clark persona, joins Lana and Andy on their ride back.
Bizarro, The Thing of Steel- During a storm, Superboy accidentally steps in front of Professor Peterson's duplicating machine as it is struck by lightning. The machine activates and creates Bizarro (Barry Meyers) an imperfect duplicate of Superboy. Bizarro has all of Superboy's powers along with his memories. But, being imperfect, his skin is white, and he is not incredibly bright. Bizarro wreaks havoc in the city. He decides the reason people run from him is because he has no disguise. He becomes Kent Clark. (no mistakes there, that's how Bizarro thinks it is) He goes to a costume party with Andy, who thinks he is Clark dressed in a costume. Lana becomes upset at "Clark" since earlier he skipped out of going to the party and lied to her. She storms off. Bizarro wants to follow her since his duplicate memories tell him that he loves her. Meanwhile, Superboy learns that Bizarro is highly unstable and could explode at any minute. He goes after Bizarro with kryptonite in hopes of killing him. Bizarro captures Lana just as Superboy arrives. He tries to expose Bizarro the the kryptonite, but he is unaffected. The kryptonite is thrown back to Superboy and Superboy is left there dying under the radiation.
The Battle With Bizarro- Andy McCallister saves Superboy from the krytonite while Bizarro has taken Lana to an antique store outside town. The police discover Lana ad Bizarro are there and order Bizarro to bring Lana out. Instead, he locks her inside and comes out himself. He destroys police cars and leaves the cops unable to do anything more against him. Meanwhile, Superboy and Professor Peterson are trying to duplicate a piece of kryptonite. Peterson reasons that since Bizarro is a duplicate of Superboy that only imperfect duplicate kryptonite can hurt him. Superboy is contacted with info on Bizarro's whereabouts. He arrives at the antique shop and fights Bizarro. Bizarro takes Lana and runs into the sewer system. Superboy follows and the two fight. When they emerge they are in an amusement park. Bizarro runs into the house of mirrors and begins to smoke. He is almost ready to explode. Professor Peterson arrives just in time with the duplicated kryptonite and uses on Bizarro. However, instead of killing him, it heals him. Bizarro, realizing his mistake in kidnapping Lana, decides to leave earth. He says goodbye to Superboy and Lana and flies off into space.
Mr. and Mrs. Superboy- Mr. Mxyzptlk (Michael J. Pollard) is back and he's desperate for Superboy's help. A large powerful being who is also from the 5th dimension is chasing after him. This being, Vlkabok (Richard Kiel), was imprisoned by Mxyzptlk for many years and wants revenge. Superboy agrees to help and in order to convince Vlkabok to return to the 5th dimension, Mxyzptlk must now become a citizen of our dimension. Superboy and Lana are asked to play the role of Mxy's parents in this dimension. When they almost have Vlkabok convinced, Andy appears and spoils everything. He tells Vlkabok that Superboy and Lana are not married and are just friends. Vlkabok goes mad. He tries to kill Superboy with his magic. To save Superboy, Mxy gives Superboy magical energy to beat Vlkabok with. Once defeated, Vlkabok is tricked into saying his name backwards and returning to the 5th dimension. Mxyzptlk also returns home, knowing he won't be plagued by Vlkabok again.

Meanwhile, Mr. McCalister comes looking for Superboy. He tells Clark that he has witnessed a murder and needs protection from the murderer. Clark agrees to find Superboy for him. Soon, Mr. McCalister is also kidnapped by the computer. It takes Andy and his father to a power plant and sets up a trap for Superboy. Andy learns that the machine was created with his father's memories, voice, and the dark side of his personality. The computer killed its creator and Mr. McCalister was the witness. Superboy arrives at the scene and is bombarded by enough electricity to power the entire city. He is in great pain. The computer, believeing Superboy will die soon, turns his attention to Mr. McCalister. Mr. McCalister frees Andy from the electric leash the computer held him with. The wire, still connected to the computer lays in Superboy's reach. Superboy sees his opportunity and grabs the wire sending electricity coursing through the computer. The machine is destroyed and Andy and his father get the reunion they deserve.
Superboy's Deadly Touch- Superboy stops by to help a couple of nuns who are stranded with a broken down bus. As Superboy gives the bus a boost, he is blasted by a strange yellow ray coming out of the back of the bus. Unknown to Superboy, the nuns are really Luthor and Darla. Superboy passes out. Later, after he wakes up, Clark meets up with Andy and Lana. As he talks to them, their voices suddenly become deafening. A police car passes by and Clark takes off as Superboy, but as he flies he suddenly loses control of his flying ability. He makes a quick landing and uses super-breath to stop the criminals' car, but instead of just stopping it, he causes it to flip over. Superboy starts to glow and tells a policeman to call Professor Peterson. Peterson isolates Superboy, and tells him that his body temperature is increasing because he has been shot with intense solar energy. Lana and Andy visit Superboy, but Superboy's heat vision goes out of control blasting out of the containment cell and barely missing Lana. Superboy is fitted with a helmet to block out his vision powers as well as lead gloves to prevent his touch from burning things. While Superboy is alone, Lex appears in his cell. He confesses to causing the power increase and says he will undo it if he gets a full pardon from the governor. The governor agrees to the demands, because the world can't afford to lose Superboy. Meanwhile, Professor Peterson finds a way to help Superboy. Plutonium rods are used to drain Superboy's excess power. Superboy arrives at the governor's mansion where Lex is waiting. Lex agrees to zap Superboy with the reverse charge. Superboy moves closer to Lex, acting as if he is going to touch him. Lex, believing Superboy is still super-charged, runs. He is told that he won't receive a pardon since he didn't cure Superboy. However, Luthor's speech begins to slow down and he starts to move strangely. This "Lex" is an android. The real Luthor watches on a monitor from his lair and, defeated, screams that there will be a next time.
Superboy...Rest In Peace- In the future, Professor Henderson (John Swidells) discovers that an evil android (Andreas Wisniewski) has time traveled into the past to kill Superboy, but is unaware of Superboy's secret identity. He sends a young girl named Serene (Betsy Russell) into the past to save Superboy, who she knows is Clark Kent. The android appears in a girls locker room in Shuster college. Meanwhile, Lana meets Serene and introduces her to Clark and Andy. Serene and Clark go to a restaurant to talk. She reveals that she knows who he is and tells him that an MX-307 android is looking for him and wants to kill him. The android finds Clark, and attacks him. Clark changes to Superboy and fights the android with heat vision. The only problem is, the android has all of Superboy's powers and uses its own heat vision to counterattack. Serene saves Superboy and the two head to the site where sector 8 will be in the future. She tells Superboy that his descendants will protect the future and the android wants to kill him so that those descendants will never exist. She also tells him that the android is programmed to self-destruct when it succeeds in it's mission. The android disquises itself as Lana to get close to Superboy. The two fight and after a short battle the android kills Superboy. It self-destructs and Superboy stands up, alive and well. He tells Serene that he slowed down his breathing and heartbeat to fool it into thinking it had succeeded. But Serene reveals that she is an android also and since she suceeded in protecting him, she must self-destruct herself. She instructs Clark to bury her with a small device that detected the android. The device is found in the far future by Henderson who now knows that Serene's mission was a success.
Super Menace- Military scientists are working to make kryptonite harmless to Superboy while keeping its radioactive properties. Superboy is present to see what happens. When a strange red ray is focused on the kryptonite, the kryptonite turns red and casts an eerie glow on everyone in the room, including Superboy. When Superboy leaves he breaks General Swan's hand and burns a hole in the wall. Later, he breaks into a bank and vows to take everything America owes him for what he's done. The military is desperate. They find Metallo (Michael Callan) and give him kryptonite to use for power. They let him go on the condition that he will bring Superboy in alive. Metallo doesn't keep his word. He finds Superboy and almost kills him before he is stopped by the General. Later, Superboy finds Metallo and decides to team up with him. Together, they break into the military base to get Metallo another chunk of kryptonite. When they find the kryptonite, Superboy focuses the red ray on it turning it red and making it useless to Metallo. He then grabs Metallo and prepares to kill him until Lana arrives. She encourages Superboy and makes him realize he can't kill. The second dose of red kryptonite cures him. He and Lana then leave even though Metallo is still at large.
Yellow Peri's Spell of Doom- Clark delivers a good friend, Loretta, an autographed picture of Superboy at the diner where she works. At night, Loretta uses a strange spell to call the spirit of Gazook into a rag doll so he can help her get Superboy to love her and so she can be made beautiful. Gazook transforms the plain Loretta into a beautiful genie and names her Yellow Peri. Yellow Peri sends a truck out of control and Superboy is forced to stop it. Yellow Peri plans to use a love spell to make Superboy hers when he stops the truck and looks at her. But when Yellow Peri realizes that Superboy is in love with Lana, she realizes that Lana must be eliminated since the true love of another can break the love spell. While Lana is working out at the gym, Peri uses a spell to enclose Lana in an airtight bubble. Lana begins to suffocate. Superboy arrives just in time to freeze the bubble and shatter it. Gazook tells Yellow Peri that if she can't have Superboy no one can. Peri uses a spell on the picture of Superboy and removes (literally) Superboy's face. At Shuster, suddenly Clark's face becomes a blank slate. No eyes, nose, or mouth. He puts on a Superboy mask that Andy was trying to sell to cover this and leaves to look for the Yellow Peri. She reverses her spell and then uses another to set Superboy on fire. The fire, being magic, harms Superboy, but realizing that nothing can stop Peri or Gazook except their own magic, he grabs Gazook and sets the rag doll on fire with the magic flame. With Gazook no longer there, Superboy and Yellow Peri return to normal. Superboy takes Loretta to a place where she can be helped to overcome the effects of being rejected for many years.

Microboy absorbs micro-waves in the air and soon becomes an addict and can't stop absorbing the energy. To save his life Superboy uses the time machine from "Hollywood" to take Microboy to the past where there are no micro-waves in the air. There Hector meets the Wright brothers and helps them with their first airplane in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
Run, Dracula, Run- Two street thugs steal Byron Shelley's serum which supresses his craving for blood. She begins to transform into a vampire while Byron attacks Andy, leaving him in a burning room. Superboy show up and saves Andy from the fire. He goes back looking for Lana and finds her inside. She bites him and the transformation begins in him also. Lana and Byron leave with Superboy, who they placed in a coffin. Later, Byron tells Lana that to truly become an undead vampire she must be bitten a second time. He also tells her that his father will be coming for them tonight. That night, while Superboy hangs from from the ceiling chained, a plane arrives carrying Byron's father. Superboy breaks free from his chains. He fights Byron and creates a cross to hold him back. He then uses it to send Byron's father away. Andy arrives with the serum he recovered from the thug, who turned himself in thanks to one of Byron's hypnotic commands. Superboy gives the serum to Lana and Byron and takes some himself. They all return to normal. Byron decides he must leave since his father will look for him no matter where he goes. Superboy asks who Byron's father is. Byron answers by telling Superboy that his father is the prince of darkness, Count Dracula.
Brimstone- While Andy and Lana are selling replica kryptonite at a ballpark a diseased maniac scratches Andy and is shot down by a police officer. But he is unaffected and moves on into the sewers. A mysterious man who calls himself Brimstone arrives on a motorcycle. He gives Andy a blue powder which will cure the disease given to the victims of the maniac. According to Brimstone, the maniac was cursed to an eternity of suffering by an evil Prodo (Carlos Cestero) and those scarred by him will be doomed to the same fate. The blue powder will cure the victims, but only within the first 24 hours of infection. After that, their minds and bodies will be too decayed and beyond saving. Superboy confronts the maniac and is slashed just as Andy was. Brimstone arrives and fires an arrow into the maniac that kills his body and frees his soul. Superboy wraps his face in bandages and is plagued by the sorcerer's voice in his head commanding him to kill Brimstone. Lana goes to find Brimstone and suceeds in locating his home. Brimstone creates a mixture of magical powders and pours it into a projectile. As Lana and Brimstone are looking for Superboy, they are grabbed and taken away by the very man they were looking for. He takes them to Prodo and Brimstone fires the projectile from a bazooka to cure Superboy. Brimstone and Prodo fight and a cured Superboy joins Brimstone against the sorcerer. Brimstone throws Superboy a container filled with magic powders. Superboy bursts the container and all the powders mix together. The powders destroy Prodo. Brimstone tells Superboy that Prodo has been dead for over 200 years and wasn't really killed by Superboy. Then, he suddenly disappears, laughing...
Abandon Earth- Two beings from Krypton beam down to earth looking for their son. They are Jor-el (George Lazenby) and Lara (Britt Ekland) and their son is Superboy, also known as Kal-el. The three stop a terrorist attack together and announce they will be leaving for Krypton soon. Clark says goodbye to his earth parents in a strange way. When he leaves, Pa Kent realizes Clark isn't like himself. Later, Ma and Pa Kent come to the launch site to say goodbye to Superboy. But they already said goodbye, right? Wrong. They never said goodbye to Clark. Clark never said goodbye to them. Once Superboy is gone, their appearances shift and they become Jor-el and Lara. As they board the transporters that will take them to their ship, the real Ma and Pa Kent show up and run toward the capsules. But the capsules take off, and Ma an Pa Kent realize they may never see their son again.
Escape to Earth- Superboy arrives on Jor-el and Lara's ship to find Lana and Andy trapped aboard. Jor-el then reveals that he is not really Jor-el, but he and his mate are aliens from another world with suits that allow them to take the form of any species they choose. They trap Superboy and begin to send him, along with Lana and Andy to another part of the ship. Superboy begins to break free, and a beam is fired on him but it misses. Suddenly, he and Lana appear in an earth-like field. Superboy is dressed as Clark. Lana knows who he is now and accepts the fact that he kept it secret from her all that time. Clark and Lana look for Andy and find him in a nearby building. But they discover that he is dead. The blast that missed Superboy hit him instead. Clark still hears a heartbeat, and finds a humanoid alien hiding. The alien is the janitor of this intergalactic zoo that Clark and Lana are a part of. The three try to escape together, but the keepers of the zoo (the former Jor-el and lara) are hunting them down. When their suits cause them to reverse to their true form, the earth-like atmosphere kills them. Clark, Lana, and the janitor find a gateway that allows them to escape the zoo. Back on the ship, the janitor uses a time machine to send a warning to himself in the past. Because of this the zoo is never started, Lana never learns of Superboy's identity, Andy doesn't die, and Clark doesn't learn of his heritage. (So basically the whole story never happens. Kinda pointless isn't it?)

She reveals to Clark that her voice and music live on through Jessica who became a star by pretending to sing songs recorded by Venus. Venus plans to go public with this info at Jessica's next concert. Before the concert, Jessica tells Superboy that she plans to let the world hear the REAL Jessica James. As the concert starts, Venus is hiding above preparing to kill Jessica with a laser weapon concealed in a spotlight. The laser hits a lighting rig above Jessica and Superboy saves her from the falling light. While Superboy puts the rig down, Jessica is hit head on by the laser. While Lana is at a life-drawing class, one of Tiger Eye's male servants, who is also the model for the class, uses a crystal to turn Lana into a babbling idiot and takes her away. After Tiger Eye learns that Clark Kent can contact Superboy she uses a crystal to turn Lana into a snake. Tiger Eye calls Clark using Lana's voice and tells him where to go. As Superboy, Clark flies to the address. Tiger Eye shows him Lana and tells him to fuse the crystals together. Superboy fires his heat-vision and the crystals fuse together into one immensely powerful crystal. Tiger Eye uses the new crystal to make Superboy fall in love with her. He takes her to Shuster Gardens. Andy takes Lana and follows them to the park. Superboy is able to break free of Tiger Eye's control and takes the crystal. Lana begins to regain control and resists, but Ariana takes over again. Clark shows up at Charlie's house-boat. Ariana blasts him and then goes after Charlie attacking him with strange energy powers. Clark changes to Superboy and confronts Ariana. He grabs a piece of metal and reflects her own energy back on her. Lana is dying because of the energy that she expelled on Superboy. Somehow Superboy saves her and Ariana agrees to leave Lana's body. She exits and becomes living coral again. Charlie then transforms himself into his true form as coral and the two link together as one. Superboy promises to return them to the sea.

The three explore the house discovering weird additions built onto the house by Andy's uncle Nate (Fred Ornstein), until Andy finds an old shotgun rifle used by marshall McCalsiter hundreds of years ago. Andy fires the gun which isn't loaded. Somehow it shatters a mirror and a strange vortex forms pulling Andy and Lana into it. In their place, two ghostly forms appear. Each one is the ghost of a criminal killed by Marshall McCalister. Superboy flies in after Lana and a third criminal appears. Superboy, Lana, and Andy watch from within a ghostly dimension where the criminals once were. Meanwhile, the criminals go after Andy's uncle Nate. Superboy, Lana, and Andy discover more ghosts in another part of the ghost world. Superboy fights criminal ghosts and defeats them. Suddenly, Andy's uncle is sent into the ghost world while another ghost takes his place in the real world. The doorway between the dimensions remains open long enough for Superboy to block it from closing with his arm. Superboy frees Andy, Lana, and Nate. As soon as the four return to the real world, the criminals fade back into the ghost dimension and the mirror reforms sealing them in forever.

Nick and Daisy go to the Eckworth Space Research Lab and steal a meteor alloy. Then they tell Superboy to meet them at a beach via a radio attached to a balloon. Superboy arrives and Nick Knack captures him by encasing him in straps made from the stolen meteor alloy. In the lair, Nick uses a machine to drain Superboy of most of his power. The power is transferred into the robotic suit. Nick jumps into the suit and heads toward the gold reserve and breaks in. Meanwhile, Superboy tricks Daisy into releasing him and goes after Nick. Lana receives the same phone call and leaves also. Back at the lair, Nick Knack has constructed a robot replacement for Daisy. Lana and Andy arrive at the lair, still hypnotized by the video games Nick Knack sent them. They are connected to the mind-probe machine and Nick Knack begins to probe their minds finding out Superboy's weaknesses. Acoording to Nick, in less than an hour the machine will kill them both. After more probing, Andy and Lana are close to death. Back at Shuster, Clark discovers the subluminal messages in Andy and Lana's video games. He drinks it and is painfully transformed into Johnny Casanova (Mark Hotline), a very different person with less than handsome features. Lana arrives to find the transformed Johnny. She feels a strong attraction to him and begins to fall head over heels in love with him. Lana and Johnny go to look for clues about Stanley's murder at his trailer. They discover that Stanley had frequent appointments at the "Last Tango" club. Johnny transforms back to his normal self as the potion wears off. Meanwhile, Lana has fallen completely in love with Casanova and tells Clark and Andy all about him. Lana goes out on a date with Johnny, who has taken another dose of the potion. They go to the Last Tango club and thanks to the potions effects they are treated like royalty. Two members of the mob spot Johnny and instruct him to meet them outside. They kidnap Johnny and Lana and take them back to their boss Mr. Gore (Michael Marzella). Gore wants the potion back from him. Johnny is locked in the basement with Lana so that the potion can wear off. Lana and Johnny find a tunnel that leads out of the basement and Johnny goes in just as Superboy arrives to stop Mr. Gore. Johnny returns to normal inside the tunnel and tells Lana that Casanova ran off and disappeared. Superboy, who knows the truth about Johnny and Casanova, returns the potion to Johnny.
