This is Tom. He owns the house where Scully found the deaf lady. He was also in the episode as the owner of the car that Mulder stole from the gas station.
This is Mr. Krump's trailer, which also belongs to Tom. The awning above the front door (not shown here) was built by the XF crew just for the episode. They left it with Tom and it now resides in front of Tom's shed. The trailer was only a few yards away from the house even though it appears to be much further away in the episode.
Here's the house from the back view. This is actually the side where Scully and her crew enter.

The kitchen where Scully finds the dead bird.
The crew moved the piano from where it usually resides to a place they found more ascetically pleasing. ;-)
The living room. This isn't the TV from the episode though. The crew brought in their own TV so they could control the picture and the closed captioning.
