A stark cry for freedom rings through the air.
Nature’s call for survival is held near and dear.
But nothing can stop those committed to fight,
Not event the promise of death.

For those who have seen
For those who have fought
Hope is the ultimate betrayal.

For us
It is not victory
To merely win the battle

In this war, no one wins
No one loses.
The only goal is to stay alive.

For the one dream we strive to reach,
We have given our lives.

For even if we do not perish in the ground,
We have already lost all there is to live for.

That one night that changed our lives,
When we cross the line into adulthood.
We gained a power
We lost our innocence
A gift or a curse from the sky?

We shall never know

We have killed too many
Seen too much
To spend eternity in peace.

We are fighters
We are warriors
We are the resistance
