| If you want comedy...there is Eric! If you want drama...Eric is the man! If ancient series is your preference...Eric to the rescue! If you want a compassionate vampire...there is no doubt that Eric fits the role! Without question, a seasoned actor like Eric Wan Tin Chiu has been with ATV for years, but it wasn't until recently that his popularity begins to resurface after the success of "My Date With a Vampire." Who can forget the vampire with so many loves? A vampire who longs to be mortal? A vampire who risks his life to save mankind? With such bravado and courage, it is unquestionable that he is the perfect pick for the character, Lee Sui Tin. Although we enjoy Eric's serious and dramatic portrayal of Fok Tin Yau, but one must remember his hilarious role as "Siu Chi" in "Reincarnated II." His comedic side is definitely refreshing, and certainly worth watching. At present, we cannot think of one actor who has the ability to induce laughter just from his expressions and dialogue and at the same time can inspire us to tears. It is not only his on-screen performances, which makes him remarkable, but one must feel admiration for his hard work and dedication. During the few years before he landed the role of Fok Tin Yau, Eric had to settle for minor roles that did not stimulate his "best" acting, but apparently through his perseverance and tenacity, Eric has finally gotten the merited recognition. |
