Hello everybody, I'm a 26-year-old Misty-fan from Germany (it's rather difficult to obtain her books over here, most of them aren't published). Besides Misty I love Lois McMaster Bujold and a lot of other authors, including Eleanor Arnason, James Tiptree jr., Elizabeth A. Lynn and many more. Favourite books are the Mage Winds-trilogy (Misty), A woman of the Iron People (Arnason) and almost everything in the Miles Vorkosigan series (Bujold). Hence my favourite characters are Elspeth, Alberich, Miles and Bel Thorne. Currently I'm working on the QO requirements for my persona, the Tayledras mage Skyfire k'Vala and her bondbird, an eagle called Aar. I don't have an occupation at the moment, but I'm an ex-student of the university (drop-out). Maybe something will work out this year. I have a rather eclectic taste in music (from baroque to pop, blues) and movies (any other Wallace & Gromit fans out there?). I like Star Trek (esp. Voyager), but I'm not fanatic about it. !

Hi! This a a piece of new bio, since the old one is rather outdated (wrote it about one year ago!): As of this month, August '97, I'm back on the list after more than half a year of abstinence (FAFIA, not my idea!). I was born Nov. '69 (Sagittarius) and a currently a student at a vocational school for Lab assistants. Did I mention yet that I'm living in Mannheim, Germany? I'm *still* working on my Tayledras persona, the mage Skyfire k'Vala (with her bondbird Aar). On list, I once was and still am known as the Goddess of Incomplete Vacabulary and Garbled Grammar. My favourite Misty books are the _Mage Winds_ (which makes Elspeth my favourite character :) ), with _Children of the Night_ a close second. Besides Misty I like LM Bujold, GGK and a whole bunch of others (*Anita Blake*/Hamilton being my latest discovery). My favourite music at the moment is Loreena McKennitt (Mask & Mirror), Billy Joel, Jan & Ilse, Adiemus as well as baroque music (Vivaldi, Bach) and music of the 80s in general.
