Found Cogheen to small a town for him. Around the age of 10 he decided on a career in Starfleet and joined up at the age of 15.

First year at Academy was plauged with problems, due to fiery Irish temperant and a liking for the ladies and lager!

However, after first year appraisal rebuked him on a number of issues, he decided to buckle down and get to work. No further problems in his time at Starfleet academy and emerged as one of top 20 cadets in his final year at the Academy.

Still continues to pursue an interest in Gaelic Football and Soccer. One of his hobbies is improving the Holodeck programs for these team games.

Has very good interpersonal skills and gets on well with everyone he comes into contact with. Coming from a strong Irish background he finds it very hard to grasp the Vulcans lack of emotions.

Neall has one brother, Brendan and one sister, Shawn. His sister still lives in Cogheen running a grocery shop. The people in the town do not go in very much for replicated food. Brendan is a minister in the World Government.
