Tiolodo, born to Spanish parents on Earth's moon colony, graduated from the Academy with high honors. Creative, bright, and intense, Tiolodo is still just at the beginning of a promising career. He has a winning enthusiasm for life and his work, making him a popular fellow - if he's in a good mood.

Like most talented youths, Tiolodo is high strung and easily offended. He can be easily swayed from one extreme to another, arguing just as valiantly for one opinion as he will the opposite an hour later. But his obedience and complete trust in Starfleet make him a valuable officer.

Tiolodo loves any kind of machinery and loves trying to make and perfect system even better. Meticulous and inquisitive, he finishes each job in record time and expects abundant praise for his efforts.

He loves music and opera. Engaged twice, but not yet married, Tiolodo worries his parents greatly as they are eager to be grandparents. With no siblings, Tiolodo bears a heavy responsibility to please his mother and father all by himself. He was ecstatic to find himself posted on DS13 after hearing that renowned scientist Abner Michaels would serve there as well.
