Professional History: Tim entered Starfleet Academy at the age of 20, graduating four years later. He was posted to Starbase Earhart for two years and then transferred aboard the USS Pontiac for the next four years as Crewmaster.

Family: Amanda Howard Baylor, High School Teacher and Fred Baylor, civilian Oceanographer. Tim has one sister, Emaline, Botanist, who is married to Houston, a civilian marine biologist/exobiologist. They have two children, Francine, age 4 and Mandy, age 6 months. Emaline is the manager of a flower shop which grows-imports and exports exotic alien plants to and from all over the galaxy.

Personal History: Tim was raised by his mother since the age of 14 when his parents divorced. He is very close to his mother and sister and her family. He doesn't see his father often, but they are on speaking terms and generally get along well if not in each other's company for too long. Tim's father is the one who doesn't enjoy Tim's company that much since he has never come to terms with Tim being gay. He does, however love his son and is proud that he is in Starfleet, though wishes it had been something besides Crewmaster.

Personality: Tim is one of the friendliest people you would ever care to meet. He is warm, caring and sweet and is willing to help anyone who needs his help and will go out of his way to accommodate them. He also has a hard time of saying no to anyone.

Tim's abundant energy keeps him on the go at all times and he fits in well with everyone. He gets along well with all species and there has only been one incident with a Cardassian that he has had a problem with. "INCIDENT CONFIDENTIAL"

Tim smiles all the time and is rarely ever depressed or down. If he is, you can bet that there is a very good reason for it. He loves people, animals and talking and spends his free time with groups of friends (he has many), in various activities.

He loves to plan and give parties and wherever people are having fun, you can bet Tim is not far away!
