Scream Louder is a fan-based sequel to SCREAM. While not the actual SCREAM 2 it is very good and professional looking for just a simple fan effort of an ametuer film! With the budget they had and them not making ANY money off this, its extremely terrific.
I think that making your own SCREAM movie is a very creative idea and I applaud them for taking the plunge and doing so on their own-spending their own money-wasting their own time-and putting so much effort into it...they deserve some kind of an award!
I am not sure if they are still selling this film since they are working hard on their new project called "Writters Block", also a horror movie. You are sure to get an answer through one of those.

All I can say is WOW!!!! This is a great film! They have also shot some scenes in some cool locations including: an actual soundstage in Orlando, FL; the outside of Planet Hollywood in Orlando; a REAL news station in Jacksonville, FL. And their 10- minute opening sequence was filmed in Holmdel, NJ!
