This is it. An unofficial collection of Slades on the internet. Doctors, artists, writers, bus drivers...proof that we Slades can do anything...become anyone we want: we can climb the highest mountains, leap the tallest buildings, think the biggest concepts, build the...well you get the picture. SLADE: THE NAME
SLADE is a locational name (as in it describes a location) that originally meant "one who dwelt in the valley." Derived from the Old English "slaed" = valley.
