Tips:
Be sure to start out with a topic sentence.  Restate the question in the topic sentence.

As a general rule, there are always 2 parts to an answer.  These will be related to main points made in the article.  *If something is mentioned only one time, THEN IT IS NOT A MAIN POINT.

For each of the main points, you MUST include examples from the “story”.

Organization
Write your answer in paragraph format using the following steps:
 
Step One Write a topic sentence which restates the question
Step Two Write a sentence that names the first part of the answer.
Step Three Write several sentences giving examples from the selection that support 
the first half of the answer.
Step Four Write a sentence that names the second part of the answer.
Step Five Write several sentences giving examples from the selection that support 
the second half of the answer.
Step Six Write a concluding sentence (simply restate or reword your topic sentence).
