When your heart is aching, it's hard to see the big picture. We get so caught up in our own pain, our own emotions, our own world that we can forget the importance of moving forward. What is your mantra during these moments of despair? Mine has always been: "This isn't forever. This isn't forever." So many times those three words helped me to keep it together when nothing else would. The promise of a better time- whether it is 5 minutes from now or 5 years- is mandatory for you to remember. Nothing is forever. Make your time count.
