District 3 July Jubilee
Year-end Award Celebration

Lee Wagner, DTM, ended her official duties as the outgoing District Governor with the presentation of District 3's end of the Year recognition program - the July Jubilee.

The evening celebration, attended by approximately 100 District leaders and their guests, witnessed the naming of The Russ Backus District 3 Distinguished Service Award; District 3's Outstanding Division and Area Governor of the Year, and Outstanding Committee Chair; District, Division and Area Outstanding Toastmasters of the Year, and Distinguished Service Awards for Area and Division Governors and District 3 Committee Chairs.
