SALABAT (Ginger Tea)
(Serves 4)

Ingredients: (sangkap)

1/2 lb. fresh Ginger, sliced
5 cups Water
1 cup brown sugar
Procedure (Pamaglutu)


TSOKOLATE king BATIROL (Hot Chocolate)
(Serves 4)

Ingredients: (sangkap)

3 cups Milk (homo)
1 cup water
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tbsps  smooth peanut butter
2 tbsps  granulated sugar
Procedure (Pamaglutu) NOTE:  Traditionally this drink is prepared by thoroughly whisking the mixture using a "batirol".  Using a modern blender will
             also do the trick.
