 - This weekend, the Friends of Art went to the DIA to see the "Splendors of Ancient Egypt" exhibition.  This museum is one of the best in the Midwest.

 - Alas, this week we have a very sad link.  Michael Hutchence, the lead singer/lyricist of the Australian rock band INXS, died this past Saturday at the age of 37.  A true loss for music fans, and for me personally!  This is the band's main page.
