.....William married second Lucy Ann Anderson. She was the daughter of Samuel and Prudence Shinn Anderson. One of their children was some one that I had heard called Uncle Miranda. It took me some time to find out who Miranda was. He was dad's half-great uncle and he lived on a hill at Bancroft, West Virginia. One of Miranda's grandaughters is Connie Jean King Kerner. She has become one of my favorite cousins although we have never met. She grew up on the hill at Bancroft.
