vs. 54 > "knew him" we are to "know" Jesus, not just about Him. Examples of people knowing about Him..

> How can we "know" Him? John 5: 39 - by getting into the Word; He is the word (Jn. 1:14).

> 1 John 2:3-4 by keeping the word. John 14:21 - He will manifest Himself to those.

> Knowing comes at a cost - Phil. 3:8-10 - to truly know God allows access to the "power", "sufferings", and "submission".

> Psalms 76:1 - God is known in "Praise".

> John 14:17 - 15:26 - the Spirit allows us to "know" God, and everything that is produced of the Spirit through us should testify that Jesus is abiding in us... through our actions..ect....

> We should be carrying the lost to meet Jesus- driving them to church - taking the gospel to them , ect..

> We should take them to where Jesus is - Is He in the church?

> Notice - they "ran" - are we acting with the same urgency?

> The border - 613 laws & promises

> We should reach out and touch the promises of God

> NOTICE: They touched Him - did not wait for Him to touch them - We need to change our way of thinking and seek to touch the Master
