- CONTEMPORARY INTERNATIONAL POETRY
- by new, emerging, and established poets

L.S. SHEVSHENKO
Asylum

this shell
is Our abode
small yet
vast
deep in places
shallow in others.
the things here
are old
new
some are
broken…
held together
by very little.
walk lightly through it.
add
what is only
inevitable.
