שלום, שמי רחלי ואני מישראל, אני רושמת מכתב זה בעברית בכוונה תחילה, המכתב מכוון לישראלים בעיקר(עם כל הכבוד לשאר תושבים בעולם) ישראלים יקרים, שימו לב איך שאתם נוסעים ,איך אתם מתנהגים בכביש כמו בכל מקום שאתם נמצאים בו,יש מספיק הרוגים בכבישים. ועם כל המלחמות שהמדינה ספגה זו המלחמה הקשה ביותר :היא עדיין נמשכת , והיא מקריבה כל יום כמה קורבנות מתים ורבים מהקורבנות הללו פצועים ,. נכון,הם ר ק פצועים והם לא מתים פיזית אך החיים שלהם כבר לא אותו דבר הם מתים מבחינה נפשית וחלקם מתים מוטורית ואלו שנפצעו רק קל עדיין ספגו טראומה נפשית ,תחשבו על ההורים האחים והקרובים של אותם קורבנות -מהם עוברים יום יום -החיים שלהם קשים לא פחות מאשר של הקורבנות. אינני יודעת מה המכתב הזה יכול לעשות ומה יכול לתרום ולאיזה גורמים הוא יגיע אך אני מקווה שמי שיקרא אותו ,יצבוט לו קצת . באותה הזדמנות אני רוצה לציין כמה דברים נוספים: 1.לי אישית (למזלי)לא קרה דברולא נוכחתי פיזית בתאונה ,אך אני מהאנשים שמודעים בכל כולם לדברים .האלה ומאילו שכן איכפת להם 2.אני רוצה לציין בחור אחד,כנראה מאותם אנשים שעברו חוויה טראומתית כזו- עומר בן דור -לפני 3 שנים עברנו אני וכמה מעמיתי לבית הספר ולמחויבות האישית במלל"ת מעין"הרצאה " איתו שבו סיפר על כל פרט בחייו מאז התאונה- אני מציינת זאת בכוונה משום שבחיים לא אשכח את הבחור הזה ,הוא בהחלט השאיר בכולנו את חותמתו ,אפילו אנשים עם בעיות התנהגות -שבחיים לא הייתי חושבת שיזיז להם משהו ממה שאמר. בכל אופן אני מקווה שירבו בישראל תוכניות כאלו בבתי ספר -לבני נוער ואפילו יותר מזה--אני בעצמי מוכנה להדריך קבוצות בני נוער בבית לוינשטיין -שיזדעזעו-ואז נראה איך יזיז להם ואז הנוער או הדור הצעיר באמת ינהגו אחרת. לכל מי שאכפת לו , חלי ברנשטיין

I live in Kfar Vradim, and recently a resident of our community was killed in a road accident. I personally did not know him, but it bothers me that since this horrible accident, there has hardly been any kind of intent to bring road accidents to the publ c's attention. I would like to see more advertisments encouraging people to drive more slowly and be calmer on the roads, not only near my house, but all over the country.
