Welcome to my site. It is dedicated to sharing the spiritual information that I have accumulated in my travels. On my journey, I discovered that not many people have access to some of this information and that it has helped those with whom I have shared some of these experiences and understandings. I hope you find the information uplifting and supportive of your spiritual journey. At the very least, may it leave you feeling a little kinder, a little gentler towards yourself and your experiences and those whom you encounter on YOUR journey.
This site is set up into three main categories.
On my journey I have seen many many ways to connect with the "divine" and the best way is always the way that WORKS for YOU! In my case it is the gentle power and ancient mystery of sacred springs. Healing traditions of working with this water go back as far as anyone can tell. The ancient Druids used it. The Catholics still use it and, interestingly, the ancient Greeks in the healing temples, from which Hippocrates fashioned the foundation of modern medicine from, also relied heavily on the properties of these waters.
