Fall is back and with it comes three new Lori Copeland titles. First, THE BRIDE OF JOHNNY MCALLISTER (Avon Historical – September), is in the stores awaiting your purchase! HOPE, book three of my Christian series, Brides of the West, went on sale in early October. You can buy your copy at Amazon.com or any local Christian bookstore, or ask for it at B. Dalton, Borders, or Waldenbooks. If they've sold out...please, please, please request that they order more! If they don't carry it, ask that they do! FRUITCAKES AND LEFTOVERS is a Harlequin Duets title coming in December, just in time for the Holidays. This book is a fun, light read for series romance readers. I hope you will enjoy all my titles and look for them when you shop the malls and Christian bookstores. Snow can't be far away, and there's still nothing better than a fire, a cup of hot cider, and a Lori Copeland title!

This summer has been one of the busiest of my life. I made several long trips beginning in early July when I attended the Christian Booksellers Association in Orlando. Hot, hot, hot! A couple of weeks later I was in Chicago (hot, hot, hotter!) for the Romance Writer's of America convention. Back home for a few weeks, then on to Durango, Colorado in mid-August with my husband for a little rest and relaxation. In September, I traveled to Toronto, Canada for the Romantic Times convention; early October found me in Ogunquit, Maine at a lovely Bed and Breakfast, researching the area and munching on scrumptious orange muffins with talented Christian author, Angela Elwell Hunt. Be sure and check out our HEAVENLY DAZE web site below. Angela and I are co-authoring this exciting new series (for Word Publishing) about an island in Maine and all its "heavenly" inhabitants. I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be doing HEAVENLY DAZE! It's my first mainstream book, and I'm looking forward to the challenge.

And more good news! The Brides of the West series (Tyndale House) is being extended to a fourth book, GLORY. Glory isn't a Kallahan, but she's feisty like the Kallahans and I think you'll love her just the same. And by the way, your response to Brides of the West is thrilling and heartwarming. Thank you! I've followed my heart and the Lord has been faithful to His promise.
The Lord had been exceeding good to me this year, and I thank you, the reader, for your continuing loyalty. You mean so much to me; without you, I'd be (like grandpa used to say) up a creek. Your e-mails and letters brighten my day so keep 'em coming.
