Colours: pale green and forest green. Revel is Sophia's child. She was part of a story-realm in which a large pantheon of gods existed (there are no gods in Terre Solitaire), and her mother angered the goddess of fertility by trying to magically suppress menstruation. The god of the forest, Nes, compelled by the angry goddess, impregnated Sophia, and thus Revel was created. However, the curious scholar that Sophia was induced her to study Revel while the child was in her womb, and she seriously harmed the girl, and was forced to ask the gods for help, when they had shunned her. That was when the god of discord, Mael, who disliked the Nes, offered his services and saved Revel's life. So the child was born-- part human, part forest-god, and part discordance. (For the god of discord could not bear to have a child of Nes so near at hand and not do anything.) Revel herself has had a charmed life thus far. She has astounding native intelligence and an affinity for the forest surrounding her mother's tower. Revel is true to her name, and rather wild, but with such an adorable cuteness that no one could really be cross with her. Like Nes, she has elvish features and green eyes, but the god of discord gave her red hair. She has little known magical power, but odd things do manifest themselves from time to time... |
